Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Orchestero. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Orchestero provides managed AI assistants and related tools. The service may evolve over time, and features may be added, changed, or removed as we improve it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity that occurs through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Orchestero. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.
AI assistants and output
AI assistants can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether to rely on or act on it. Orchestero is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
You are also responsible for the instructions, permissions, tools, accounts, and third-party services you connect to an assistant, and for supervising consequential actions it may take on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You may not use Orchestero to:
- Break the law or violate the rights of others.
- Create, distribute, or facilitate harmful or abusive content.
- Introduce malware or interfere with the service.
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Evade safeguards, usage limits, or access restrictions.
- Misrepresent AI-generated activity as human when disclosure is required.
Third-party services
Orchestero may connect with AI providers, messaging platforms, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Google services
If you choose to sign in with Google or connect a Google Workspace service, you authorize Orchestero to receive and use the Google data described in our Privacy Policy. Orchestero requests permissions in connection with the features you enable, and your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
At your request, or under instructions and automations you configure, your assistant may access Google Workspace data and take actions on your behalf within the permissions authorized for your account. These actions may include reading or sending email, creating or changing files and documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and forms, reviewing form responses, sharing content, managing calendar events, contacts, and tasks, or working with Google Keep notes when available. You are responsible for the instructions you provide, the permissions you personally grant, and reviewing consequential actions and results.
Google Keep connectivity is available only to eligible Google Workspace organizations and requires administrator approval through domain-wide delegation. Your Google Workspace administrator also controls revocation of that access.
You may revoke user-authorized access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access may prevent connected features or Google sign-in from working and does not by itself delete your Orchestero account, completed task results, or information already stored in it. You may request deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees
Paid features are subject to the price, billing period, taxes, and other terms shown when you purchase them. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable.
Our property
Orchestero and its software, branding, and service content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to use our trademarks or copy, resell, or distribute the service except as the law expressly permits.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Orchestero at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, harm, legal requirements, or discontinued services. Where practical, we will provide notice.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orchestero is provided as is and as available. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orchestero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Orchestero during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Orchestero evolves. We will post the updated terms here and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice before material changes take effect when reasonably practicable.
